Please help me save our farm!

To the Members of the Press and Media,

The enclosed three packets are a complete story. Under the National Marine Fisheries Service Environmental Regulation to protect Coho Salmon they have a proposal that will take my family farm and dreams without compensation. (See Congressman Wally Herger's open Letter to the People.)

These Environmental Regulations are being enacted throughout the United States and when you get them all together they are the implementation of the Biological Diversity Treaty Mandated by the United Nations, the Wildlands Project, the United Nations Heritage Program and NAFTA 21. Now I'm just Gramma to 13 Grandchildren and I don't listen to all of that 'stuff'. However, if you look at the overlay of all the programs under "endangered specie" that is what you get!!!!

In further research I find that the President signs a Treaty or Agreement, and only the Senate has to approve it and it becomes law. Not the full Congress. I didn't think too much of any of this as long as the Environmental Act was in someone else's back yard. Now it is mine!! Only not just the back yard the whole damn thing!!!  The farm page will show you what I have worked for all my life. The dotted line shows what this regulation will take of my property from the highwater mark on the river. This also includes my letter of Protest to the National Marine Fisheries Service.  My Opinion has been  published in our Siskiyou Daily News editorial section, with supporting documentation. Please, also review my letter to Congress, Congressmen Wally Herger's open letter to the local residents substantiating no compensation for private land with '0' use tolerance, along with my open letter to Congress.

Everyone I tell , says to me, "They can't do that in the United States of America." They are doing it. Please help draw attention to what is happening that these tactic might be stopped and we might preserve 5th Amendment rights and our Constitutional Republic, and in the process, SAVE THE FARM!

Thank you for your time and attention to these issues.
