Nancy Greggs Y2K Series Help Nancy Gregg help Siskiyou County wake up America! Science Fiction or rural Americas reality? When I first looked at the Biodiversity may my blood ran cold. Yes, that deep chilling experience with sickness in my stomach, cold, sweat, fear gripping at my heart and soul. Why? When I first started writing in the late 1970s my mentor told me, "Remember, everything that you see on television, read in a novel or see on a movie screen, starts with an element of truth! Man can plagiarize, elaborate and distort, but only God can create! It is this way with all things. Inventions are mans understanding of what God had made; discoveries are understanding what God has had in place and mans plans are a reflection of his own heart and ego and will reflect who he serves!" With that in mind look at the Biodiversity Map again! Study it and see how the insanity that created it might wish to bring it about. The key is in the small print on the map. Sources: the United Nations Convention on Biological Diversity, Article 8a-e;United Nations Global Biodiversity Assessment, Section 13.4.2.2.3; US Man and the Biosphere Strategic Plan; UN/US Heritage Corridor Program; "The Wildlands Project;" Wild Earth 1992; and the Border 21 Sidebar of NAFTA." Then look at the designation for cities; "Cities>10,000 people." No it couldnt mean that, someone must have made a mistake! Lets assume that they didnt make a mistake, that the designer of this map means to implement everything exactly as you see it. Lets take a trip into the world of science fiction! How do you implement this map from hell? (Remember this is a worldwide map!) It was the cold war era and nuclear attacks were feared around the world. Super powers built massive underground cities where the elite and powerful could escape and survive world nuclear destruction. (17 underground cities in Russia alone) The problem with nuclear destruction is that the earth would be laid to waste for thousands of years contaminated for any type of life. Another way had to be found to illuminate the enemy and keep the power and control into the hands of a few. Populations were expanding, exhausting world resources and soon there would be nothing left! Nothing at all! Power, became obsessed with saving itself! To do that it had to save Mother Earth, at all costs! Since populations could not be controlled they must be eliminated! Contamination of specific areas must be kept to a minimum in order for sustainable life to flourish when emerging from the safety of the underground cities. These plans and goals are openly discussed in Summits on Population, Food and Arms Controls held around the globe. Guidelines are established, populations limits are set, selections are made for those who will enter the underground cities, all that is left is the implementation to reduce the worlds population by five billion people. (Total world populations six billion.) It is known from weather studies in the 1960s that there are nine places in the world that you and I can survive a Nucor attack. The nine places are unique because of isolated weather conditions, which are relatively unpredictable. These along with pristine mountain ranges determine the Core Reserve Corridors. Core Reserve areas will be best suited to settle when it is time to come out of the underground cities. However the elimination of people in these areas is essential for survival when this occurs. These areas have to have the populations eliminated by other means than that used for the cities. Move the rural populations by regulation and control. Control water, land, crop production, wood harvest and you force this population to move elsewhere for its survival. The implementation of Endangered Species Acts and the regulatory control of private land will totally exhaust and prohibit the rural population from preparing to stay and survive. Those in control can then implement the plan to reduce the population in a very short period of time. By creating havoc in the cities, starvation becomes common and disease natural, or intentionally introduced to further illuminate the population. Soldiers are there for the removal and burial of the dead, not the control or helping of the people. While the rural populations ignore the possibility of no electricity, no transportation and no oil products, the cities are oblivious to anything but life as usual. Since banks, Social Security and other areas of commerce have taken care of the focus of peoples concerns, the infrastructure that makes all these work has been ignored! The electrical power supply is just now being evaluated for Y2k problems; it will be quite a while before that source of energy will be available at todays standards. You dont have to worry about money when the majority of the population is out of work. You dont have to worry about paying bills when there is literally no transportation to deliver commodities and necessities for your consumption. You dont have to worry about driving cars, trucks or tractors when there is no refinery that can deliver the finished oil products for your use! These three industries will have problems to various degrees with Y2K on the horizon. How do rural areas survive by supporting each other continually in the constant threat from Endangered Species and Land Control? While we support and defend our land and our rights we must also see the larger picture. This is a picture of the insanity of power! We need to prepare for the extreme while praying it is someone elses science fiction classic. Why all the Endangered Species Acts and BLM land locks of private property? According to that study in 1961, the Siskiyou Mountains were the only place in the United States that had the potential for surviving a nuclear attack or anything else that might come our way. I have no way of knowing the effects of Y2K. No one does. But we do have enough expert information that these three industries are the biggest problems. The train industry has not even done its evaluation. The electric industry will not have its assessment done until July of this year. ("60 Minutes" Dec. 6) (Youve been told otherwise. Of course, do you really want to hear anything different?) Experts say it would be easier to build a refinery from the ground up than to find all the imbedded chips. We really dont know which ones of the billions of chips will be date sensitive. There is one certainty. Preparedness eliminates panic. Secondly, neighborhood care and concern can bring order out of chaos. With Gods help and united we can overcome all adversity. Is this just my science fiction and horror story all in one package or could it be Siskiyou Countys reality? Realizing the picture is much larger; this is a picture of the insanity of power! We need to prepare. God bless my neighbors and my America. Nancy Greggs book, The Rebirth of OUR Republic by sending $16.00 which includes mailing and handling to The Grassroots Press, P. O.
