reedom is a feeling. When you
no longer feel free, you are not free and you will cease to want to be productive.
It does not matter what governmental
agency we think calls the shot. If it is County Government refusing to give zoning changes
that are by any common man's thinking the reasonable use of land, to State Attorney
Generals who refuse to follow the law provided by the people in a prudent manner, to the
ultimate shift of our Constitutional Government into a Runaway Bureaucracy by the callous
disregard of their Responsibilities of a Congress that writes two page laws, and says the
implementation of those laws is out of their control, then the first three layers of
government are without substance and we are actually operating with NO LAW under a
Bureaucratic Dictatorship.
(The 1972 Environmental Act was two pages long. It has been
implemented by several different agencies and is now a book a half inch thick.)
Congress passes laws and then allows agencies to implement them
with no one overseeing these decisions. They are made law, by the publication of
Bureaucratic Decisions in the Federal Register, which only a few read and no one has any
rescinding power over those who implement the regulations.
When this change of the functioning of our government took
place...... the Constitution ceased to exist. We are now in a full Bureaucratic
Dictatorship.
The egotistical boldness of this type of governing is so
offensive to the sole of man that as we become increasingly aware of it's power and
control directly in our lives, we will cease to have the motivation to work for it, as we
no longer will reap the rewards of our own efforts. Clustered cities will become the long
lines of people waiting for meager food supplies as they already have in Russia.
Confiscation of private property will happen in the rural parts
of our nation swiftly and without warning. Public meetings will always be with Supervisors
in attendance so that it will have the effect of protest, while they keep the citizens in
a mode of paper pushing and no cohesive leadership.
In 1972 Richard Nixon put into existence
the Emergency Banking Act. This act suspends the Constitution of the United States,
(letting the people presume up to that |

point they were abiding by the Constitution,) and "allows for the
confiscation of tractors, housing of soldiers in private homes and the confiscation of
food."
How hard will you what to work after that one has been enacted?
What circumstances would come about that a bureaucracy would use such a law? In the
immediate future I can think of two possible scenarios. They will have to use it when they
have taken so much private land that the people wake up to what is really happening. Enter
the National Marine Fisheries Service...
First case scenario: The millennium glitch. Everyone has been
primed that the government and business will come to a abrupt halt when the computers can
no longer function because of the programming problem with the year 2000. This programming
problem has been solved. I have heard from two reliable independent sources that industry
and government is implementing the new programming into all systems. With the people not
knowing that this problem has been solved, and only the implementation needing to be done,
this would be the perfect reason to stop Economic chaos in the working place and enact the
Emergency Banking Act.
Second case scenario: Recently the United States Government by
Mr.Clinton announced WE had agreed to as multi billion dollar bail-out of Indonesia.
Japan, (already having economic problems of it's own), had agreed to contribute
substantially to the IMF. (International Monetary Fund, the arm of the United Nations
money supply.) Where was Japan going to get the money? Easy, sell their holdings in OUR
STOCK MARKET. How can this be done to not let the United States Citizen aware of how much
control foreign governments have over our lives? As Japan sold, four other countries have
been buying, China, England, France and Germany. Independently or collectively any one of
these countries has the power to dump their stock and put this country into immediate
economic chaos! Enter the Emergency Banking Act of 1972.
You better wake up folks, it is not a matter of we are
loosing it, we have lost it. We are now just becoming aware to what extent and the mass
population of the cities will not be aware of to what degree until this last shoe is
dropped!
We can bring it back, however it is not by violence, armed
resistance, or giving in. |
It is by changing ourselves individually. You see the strength of a Free, Constitutionally
governed people lies within each of us. We didn't make sure the law makers were doing what
we wanted done. We forgot the job description for the President of the United States is to
keep the people informed that they might know what laws the Congress is passing and put
proper pressure to insure Congress only passes laws that protect all the people. God gave
us dominion over the animals of the land, the birds of the air, and the fish in the sea.
Congress prostituted itself, with contributions from the wealthy few through the
Endangered Specie Act reduced mankind to a lower level than God gave us.
Yes we the people did it! We did it as over the years they
divided us into pork barrel groups and gave us something for nothing! When you are offered
something for nothing, remember the ultimate price may be more than you really wanted to
pay. When the Social Security Act of 1935 was enacted it was government taking your
responsibility for you away. West Virginia for years with Senator Robert Bird head of the
U.S. Dept. of Transportation Committee got his state more than 1/3 of the entire road
budget. Farmers being paid not to plant crops. Dairy men keeping market prices up by the
government buying "surplus". No one owes you an education, you have the right to
purse one for yourself. If individually we don't sweat and pay our own price for our
dreams then collectively we loose the rights to have a dream. Any time anyone of us has
taken something for nothing, or gotten more than the FREE MARKET would bare, then WE have
stolen from the Constitution of the United States of America. Our attitude of thinking the
government owes it to me... nibbled at the framework of each page of that special
document. We defiled the memories of our loved ones who fought and gave their lives for
its preservation. WE the People have done it to ourselves.
It will take about twenty years, the lessons we are about to be
taught are going to be some of the most costly lessons in the last two hundred years. When
we have collectively changed our own way of thinking and living, to care for one another
first, in our neighborhoods and in our communities, we will over come this period of
suppression and reestablish the Constitutional Republic in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. |
