Voice of the People

Water is not the issue

As long as state agencies, county government and citizens groups are focusing on the fear of WATER being taken from us and given to those in the southern part of our state, then as a people we are divided and fighting each other. That is exactly what the bureaucratic agencies calling the shots want us to do.
What do the urban areas have that we need? You say nothing? They have the collective power of the vote. All men have an intuitive

sense of what is right. If all of us sat down and implemented desalinization plants for the major metropolitan areas in the south, this problem of needing our water would not exist.
This proposal for desalinization plants was purposed to San Diego, Los Angeles, San Francisco and the Department of Water Resources over five years ago by a resident in this county. He got no acknowledgment that his letter was even received. Saudi Arabia has

desalinization plants in the Gulf.
Please if you ever listen to anything I write, don't let our state be divided on this water issue. It is not the ultimate problem, it is the means of keeping us from being effective in protecting ourselves from an egotistical bureaucracy.
Private ownership of land is an issue, the constitutional governing of our people is an issue. The endurance of the United States of America is the real issue.
